James' birthday

On 1/22 we celebrated James' 7th birthday! The all-family party was the evening before, and that was shared with Gemma, so this day was all about JAMES. After church, for lunch, we had his little party where he got to choose the menu: hot dogs and Mac/cheese.

Later in the week the celebrations continued when grandma and grandpa came for a visit. We also got a package in the mail from the CCs.


James was super-excited about his Lego set:


Mariposa determined that Gemma needed help opening her gifts: a Star Wars tee and Tinkerbell socks. She loves them!

    YEAH! I am so happy the kids liked their gifts! We wanted to get Star Wars shirts for both of them, but we thought James would like a present that he could play with.
