To celebrate St. Patrick's day last month, I attempted this cake from Bon Appetit magazine. You know you're really baking when the recipe uses terms like "fold" and "temper", and involves not one but TWO kinds of booze along with chocolate shavings and one-page single-spaced instructions.
But it was fun, I learned a lot, and the cake was yummy...so it was worth it.
