Yes Gemma is wearing her backpack. I had all five kids (plus one dog) by myself so the backpack was vital. James and Mariposa fought over who got to hold Gemma's leash. But luckily both Gemma and Daisy were very good (so were the other kids) so we had a great time!
Making fruit/veggie kabobs at the kids' tent:
We met up with Aidan/Lukie/Sophia so that was a special treat. Neither one of us knew the other family would be there! The kids had fun playing together in the shade near the courthouse. We all left before it got too hot, and we were home before lunch. A nice morning!
