Another garden update (never enough garden pics)

Very very very overgrown. The overturned dirt in the middle left was potatoes, yum. Lots of weeds in the foreground but at least the other paths are clear:


Mammoth sunflowers are getting tall:


James' pumpkin plant...that's ok, we didn't need to go through that gate anymore.....


Pumpkins are also growing up the deck. We have a big guy growing on the fence that we will need to prop up soon, and one growing in this hanging basket:


Note to self, next year make a new pumpkin patch somewhere OTHER THAN the garden....

    Haha that's what we did this year for ths same reason, pumpkins take too much space!

    We lost one of our big pumpkins b/c it fell off the fence...too heavy...but we did prop up a 2nd one. Definately going to do a pumpkin patch next year. Sunflower grew taller this week; almost reaches the roof now ( 10 feet?). Will take more pics soon.
