After some shuffling around, we settled on a table near the dance floor, with Nana, grammae, and aunties/uncles/whomever came by. The tables were decorated with various fresh flowers in milk glass vases, and old books artistically displayed and used as risers for some vases. Some tables had tall "chandeliers" with tea lights.
Look at this good-looking group! Top row: Cecelia, Mary/grammae, Letitia. Bottom row: Jackie, Nana, Kathy.
He food was good and very kid-friendly.
Cutting the cake with Christine and Eric. (very delicious cake, I should know, I had 2 pieces)
On the dance floor!
A little girl can only take so much partying.
We closed the place down. :o). After the reception, James went with Uncle Tony (and Aunt Cecelia) to Target and the rest of us went back to the hotel to change. Then to Aunt Cecelia's house for a post-party party...visiting, movies, prepping for Lauren's shower tomorrow...a lot of activity! A lot of fun!
