Gemma loved the "store" where you had to choose what you wanted to bring with you on the trail:
The older 3 kids did butter-making and candle-dipping:
After the activities there were different stations with games, letter writing, etc. The kids loved the dress-up station:
When the tour was over we all got to stay for a picnic lunch and lots of play with the other homeschool kids:

Looks like fun! What "grade" is Emmett being homeschooled in?
ReplyDeleteemmett does preschool this year :o)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun trip! Was it far away? Did the kids know most of the other homeschooled kids before this?
ReplyDeleteIt was fun! We drove about 40 minutes so it wasn't that bad. I knew most of the families, and met a few new moms, and the kids recognized most of the other kids. We were lucky to get paired up with another St. Matthew family that we know well, so that was a bonus!! But my kids will play with any other kids...whether they know them or not. :o)
