Becky&Mariposa in CO--Thursday

Our first full day in Colorado was full of adventures.  I told Erica that I was happy to just stay at home, but she had some fun things planned for us.

lunchtime for V!!

 After a great Mexican lunch we went to a local Children's Museum.  Erica had never been there before, and it was in a small town, so we weren't expecting very much...but it was great!!!  All 5 of my kids would've loved it.  The exhibits were simple but thoughtful, with emphasizes not only on science but on art and social studies as well.

 In the afternoon we made chili (to eat later) and then drove off to Erica's volleyball game while Carter (tried to) put Violet down to bed.  I was so happy to see some of what Erica "does" in her normal life!!
