Bread making, part 2

Bread update! The recipe I posted for 5-grain bread makes great rolls!


I formed these rolls in a weck or kaiser style (folded in on top) but you could just as easily pull them tight and tuck in the bottoms to make a nice round roll. They baked at 350 or so for about 15 minutes and then of course I had to brush them with butter. ;o) A thick, hearty roll perfect for soup or for a sandwich the next day.
