It's a "famous" Kentucky sandwich from the Brown Hotel. We saw it on a PBS special on sandwiches. Marcus got it in his head that he really wanted to make these on derby day so he did! No mint juleps though, darn. No funny hats either. Good horse race though.
I've never heard of hot browns. Kinda glad I haven't........!
